Our company was founded by a police officer and a teacher who combined their expertise to address current, contextualised safeguarding issues, such as County Lines, anti-social behaviour, and Generative AI. We focus our work on children and young people aged 8–18, as well as the adults who support them.

Staying true to our core values is essential to us: we don't just deliver sessions, we teach them. With that in mind, we exclusively employ qualified teachers to lead our youth interventions, ensuring they bring the professional knowledge needed to deeply embed content.

Upon booking, each school is paired with a dedicated teacher who delivers all interventions for that institution. This relational approach builds long-term trust and facilitates structured, sequential learning.

As part of our support, we offer a personalised 15- or 30-week contextualised curriculum co-created by the school and their dedicated teacher from our menu of interventions. This flexibility allows us to tailor content to the most prominent issues facing each specific school community. Crucially, these sessions are not designed to replace a school's PSHE curriculum, but to complement, align with, and reinforce it.
